If your insurance isn't listed, you can still utilize your out-of-network benefits. I provide superbills for you to submit for reimbursement. For your peace of mind, all cost estimates are handled safely and securely through Headway.
How to Use Out-of-Network Benefits
Out-of-network simply means I don't have a direct contract with your insurance provider. However, most PPO plans provide out-of-network benefits that allow you to receive a reinbursement of your session fee. It’s often much simpler than it sounds.
Step 1:
Confirm your out-of-network benefits with your insurance before agreeing to services with an out-of-network provider
Step 2:
Attend Your Session: Come to your therapeutic session and pay the standard fee at the time of service.
Step 3:
Download Superbill: Access your secure client portal at any time to download your superbill receipt.
Step 4:
Submit Your Claim: Log into your insurance company's member portal and upload the superbill for quick processing.
Step 5:
Get Paid Back: Your insurance provider will mail a reimbursement check directly to your home address.
